Refund and Returns Policy

Because of the natural and delicate nature of dried flowers, we do not accept standard returns. However, we genuinely want you to love what you receive and will always work with you if something goes wrong.

No Returns

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each arrangement is unique, and slight variations in color, shape, and texture are part of the natural beauty of dried florals.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and gladly work toward a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Natural Variations

Our flowers are grown and dried naturally on our farm. Variations in size, color tone, and form are normal and should be expected. These differences are not considered defects but part of what makes each piece unique.
