Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase. During busy seasons, holidays, or special releases, processing times may vary slightly. If delays occur, we will communicate with you as soon as possible.

If your need is urgent, please contact us for alternate shipping options. We would love to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers selected based on reliability and delivery efficiency. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first using your tracking number. You are always welcome to reach out to us as well and we will gladly help where we can.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make things right.
